The host hotel and venue for EXPLORE New Orleans 2013 is Hyatt New Orleans. The closest airport is Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY). Cab fare from the airport to the Hyatt is approximately $33.
We have negotiated special room rate of $219 per night for your stay at Hyatt New Orleans. The last day to book your hotel room at this rate is April 26, 2013. Group rate is quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 13% plus $3 occupancy per room per night) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the time of the meeting and subject to change.

Payment by credit card will be accepted only via MasterCard or Visa credit card. All payments must be made in full by April 26, 2013. The fees provided on the grid above for the Financial Advisor and Client Service Associate include admission to educational sessions, handout materials, scheduled events and receptions, meals and refreshment breaks.
In order to deliver a first-class meeting for all of our Financial Advisors, cancellation requests must be received March 31, 2013, to be refunded in full. Requests for cancellations received from April 1, 2013, through April 30, 2013 will be refunded at only 50%. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 30, 2013.
If you need to cancel, you must call 845 439.3887 and ask for the Cetera Financial Specialists Account Representative. Please do not contact your internal or Regional Planning Specialist or the Genworth staff in Schaumburg.
Cancellation requests received via email, fax or phone by any member of the Schaumburg staff will not be honored.

All continuing education hours will be awarded by individual course. Final hours for all sessions will be announced at the convention.
In order to receive credits, you must sign in each morning of the convention in addition to completing an evaluation form for each session you attend. If we do not have a live signature, no credit will be awarded. No exceptions will be granted.

Conference and session attire is business casual. Please note that temperatures often vary significantly in breakout rooms, so plan to bring a sweater or jacket with you to sessions, or dress in layers.
The average high temperature is 87 degrees Fahrenheit, and the average low temperature is 69 degrees Fahrenheit.
